Panasonic Voice-mail
Press your "VOICEMAIL" button on your phone. Dial #6*998 to enter system programming.
Dial "4" to set clock. Listen and follow prompts!
Dial "5" to re-record a greeting message.
Your system uses "Custom Service Menu".
Enter the "Custom service number" Typically "1" for DAY & "2" for NIGHT.
Always listen to the existing message to be certain that this is the one you wish to re-record.
Follow the prompts!

PC based Vertatim Voice-mail
PC based Verbatim Voice-mail. Go to the PC and turn on the monitor (if it’s off) press Esc. It will ask you for a password. Your system may not have a password, in that case just press Enter. Or your password is 8920 then press enter. Now you have shut down the system. At the C:\VM prompt, type TIME (or DATE). Now retype the correct time in the same format as you see it (enter year as 2005), press Enter. Now type VERBATIM (or Ctrl-Alt-Delete) to start system.
